Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email.
We require at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Inside that window, or where an appointment is missed without notice:
We understand that illness and emergencies happen, and we will always take the circumstances into account. The notice period lets us offer the time to someone else on the waiting list.
Current fees are available on request and at reception. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Private health rebates may be available depending on your level of cover; rebate amounts are set by your fund, not by us.
Our online booking is provided through Cliniko. When you book through it you are also subject to Cliniko’s own terms and privacy policy. Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us.
We handle your personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy.
