Clinical rehabilitation and Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates tailored to people with specific health concerns or conditions.
Led by our physiotherapists, it focuses on rehabilitation and addresses musculoskeletal issues while improving core strength, stability, posture and body awareness, with hands-on guidance built into every session.
Better Posture — through proper alignment and body awareness.
Pain Management — support for chronic and recurring pain.
Flexibility & Mobility — move more freely and comfortably.
Balance & Movement Patterns — retrain how you move, not just how strong you are.
Injury Rehabilitation & Prevention — recover well and reduce recurrence.
Core Strength & Stability — a stronger foundation for everything you do.
Individualised Programming — designed and adjusted by your physiotherapist.
One-on-one attention, fully tailored to your body, condition and goals. Ideal when you are rehabilitating an injury or starting out.
The personalised attention of a physio-led session in a small group of up to 1:8, at a shared cost.
Client-centred classes using reformers, trapeze tables and other equipment, kept small so your technique is always watched.
New clients start with a 1:1 assessment designed to see where you fall short and where your problems are, so we can deliver exercises that specifically address range of movement, muscle length, recruitment patterns or strength.
From there you will usually do a few more 1:1 sessions, until you feel confident and competent to join a semi-private class.
