Our physiotherapists bring experience across musculoskeletal rehabilitation, elite sport, paediatrics, neurological conditions and hospital settings, led by a director with over 30 years in private practice.
All of our team are also clinical rehabilitation and Pilates instructors.
Kate is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 30 years in private practice, having worked across Australia, the UK and Indonesia. She specialises in complex spinal dysfunction — neck, sacroiliac and lower back pain — and also treats hip, knee and lower limb conditions.
She is often asked for second opinions from other physiotherapists on complex back pain patients, and is known as the “physio’s physio”, as many of her clients are physiotherapists themselves.
With more than 25 years of experience teaching clinical Pilates, Kate takes a whole-body approach to rehabilitation. She is known for her ability to identify the root cause of pain and prescribe precise, targeted exercises that restore efficient, pain-free movement. Her clinical focus also includes osteoarthritis management and joint replacement rehabilitation, and sports injury prevention and management across all sports.
She has trained under renowned golf physiotherapist Ramsay McMaster and specialises in golf injury management and rehabilitation, helping clients optimise their movement and performance on the course.
Her hands-on, compassionate approach ensures every client receives the same level of care and attention she would offer her own family. Kate’s strength lies in her ability to truly listen, combining clinical expertise with a personalised approach that fosters long-term results.
Shannan is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Human Movement from UWA and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University. Over the past two decades she has built a diverse career across private practice, workers’ compensation and elite sport, including working at Lifecare Challenge and travelling as a physiotherapist for multiple elite teams.
She combines her physiotherapy expertise with a strong foundation in clinical Pilates, having completed extensive Pilates training to deliver tailored, movement-focused rehabilitation. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach, designing individual programs that promote long-term health, injury prevention and strength.
For over 10 years Shannan has been part of the Eric Street community, providing patient-focused, evidence-based care. She works closely with Perth’s leading orthopaedic teams and has a special interest in musculoskeletal surgery preparation and recovery, shoulder injuries, osteoarthritis management and post-operative care, midlife strength training, fitness goal achievement, chronic pain management and falls prevention in older adults.
At Eric St she works across hands-on physiotherapy, clinical rehabilitation and Pilates, and semi-private sessions, and her passion lies in helping clients achieve outstanding outcomes both physically and in their overall wellbeing.
Mick is an experienced physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The University of Notre Dame in 2020. Since then he has developed a diverse clinical background in private practice, hospital and elite sport settings.
His experience spans working in a sports-focused private practice clinic, orthopaedics and vascular wards at Royal Perth Hospital, and providing physiotherapy support to the Reds Premier League Hockey team and the Scotch College Rugby 1st Team.
Mick has a strong passion for musculoskeletal injuries, particularly running-related conditions. As a former state-level competitor in both track and field and cross-country for Western Australia, he brings a unique perspective on the demands of high-level athletic performance and the rehabilitation needs of runners.
At Eric St he works across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, running and sports rehabilitation, and exercise-based programs, and is committed to helping people return to the activities they love, stronger and more confident than before.
Zoe is a physiotherapist with a strong academic and clinical foundation, holding a Master of Physiotherapy, a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. This combined expertise allows her to deliver a comprehensive, exercise-based approach to treatment and rehabilitation, grounded in evidence and tailored to individual needs.
Zoe has experience working with a broad range of clients including paediatric, youth and adults. Her clinical interests include neurological conditions, as well as the assessment and management of lower back and neck pain.
Recognising that pain and movement dysfunction are often multifactorial, Zoe applies a thorough assessment process to identify contributing factors and develops individualised management plans aligned with each patient’s goals, functional requirements and lifestyle.
With a background in gymnastics, Zoe places a strong emphasis on movement quality, motor control and progressive loading to support safe, effective and sustainable outcomes. She is deeply committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development to ensure her clients receive high-quality, contemporary care.
Her approach is collaborative, supportive and focused on helping individuals move with confidence and achieve meaningful improvements in function and wellbeing.
Georgia graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame and is a Clinical Pilates instructor.
She has since gained extensive experience across private clinics and hospital settings, including Hollywood Private and SJOG Hospitals, supporting clients with acute injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation and long-term condition management.
Georgia’s clinical focus is on prehabilitation and rehabilitation for surgical clients, including — but not limited to — total knee and hip replacements, and ACL and shoulder reconstructions. She has also partnered with elite sporting teams such as the Joondalup Wolves and Sorrento Football Club, and led a women’s health campaign to help postnatal mothers return to sport and general activity.
A strong advocate of the biopsychosocial model and evidence-based practice, Georgia delivers holistic, individualised treatment plans designed to help clients achieve their functional and lifestyle goals.
Melanie is an experienced physiotherapist of 20 years with clinical interests in hypermobility, neurological conditions, paediatrics, sports, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries and rehabilitation. She also has extensive experience in paediatric development and neurodiversity.
She believes that movement is essential to our health and wellbeing and enjoys helping people return to the activities they love, whether that is competitive sport, exercise, work, play or being able to move comfortably through life.
Melanie is trained in Clinical Pilates and incorporates Pilates principles in movement education, strength training and functional exercise. She believes that functional strength training is a lifelong skill that evolves over time, incorporating endurance, strength, balance, mobility, agility and fitness. Our functional strength is the key to remaining active and engaged in our families and communities.
Movement should be meaningful, achievable and enjoyable. Physiotherapy is not about diagnosing and treating alone — it is about helping people understand their bodies, build confidence in movement and develop the mental and physical capacity to participate fully in their life.
Caitlin has over 25 years of experience in allied health, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, complex chronic conditions, oncology recovery, women’s health and longevity. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, she sits on the UWA Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology Advisory Board, the Curtin Exercise Physiology Advisory Board and the Exercise Oncology Professionals Advisory Group at ECU, and holds additional qualifications in Pilates and yoga.
Every patient begins with a comprehensive baseline assessment and objective outcome measurement — giving referring GPs, specialists and case managers progress they can see and track. Caitlin works extensively with peri- and post-menopausal women and midlife men, drawing on metabolic testing, targeted exercise and evidence-based lifestyle strategies, with particular focus on bone density, osteopenia and chronic disease management.
Caitlin designed O2 Active’s Phase 3 cardiac rehabilitation program with Professor Steve Selig of Deakin University, one of Australia’s most experienced cardiac exercise physiologists, who now sits on the O2 Active advisory board. She is also a facilitator for Cancer Council WA’s Life Now exercise program, which supports people affected by cancer through supervised exercise.
Alongside her Perth practice, Caitlin leads O2 Active’s regional Wheatbelt service, partnering with local GPs and the Wheatbelt Health Network. She also led the Recovering from Hysterectomy series for Matilda Health, guiding women through safe, staged return to movement after surgery. Drawing on 21 years of classical ballet, she brings a deep understanding of movement to every client.
Exercise physiology here is one to one and prescription based. Every client starts with a baseline assessment and objective measures, so progress is tracked rather than estimated, and the program is written for your condition rather than pulled from a class plan.
It runs alongside physiotherapy under the same roof, which means your treatment and your exercise program are planned together.
